Choose Your Topic Wisely – General Guidelines
And on the seventh day the bunnies created separate forums. If your post fits under any of the other categories, it should not go in the General Forum. If you post in the wrong category, the bunnies will move your post. If you obviously posted in the wrong section on purpose (in order to advertise) your post will be removed and potentially banned from repost.

Dubs
When promoting your new tune, it must be posted in the Previews section if it is only a clip or a link to a streaming file. Do not post in the Downloads unless it is a full-length free track available for download.

When posting a download, please remember to properly label your tune with the artist name (either in the filename, the ID3 tags, or even better both!)

Do not post any downloads of clips or full versions of other producers’ unreleased tunes to the forum without permission from the artist. This applies even if the tune was played on the radio, or even worse ripped from a bootlegged set.

Bunnies do not like Zshare or Rapidshare. Don’t use these sites to post your downloads – there are plenty of awesome alternatives they can suggest:
Dropbox gives you 2 gigs of storage space and allows you to create custom folders with links:
Soundcloud is a fantastic networking and free storage site as well as a no-limit file upload.

Also acceptable are Sendspace, Yousendit, Mediafire or Drop.io.

Piracy
Glitch Hop Forum does not condone illegal pirate software or music. If you ask where to illegally obtain copyrighted material, your post may be removed, and if you tell people where to get copyrighted material illegally, your post will almost certainly be removed.
Again, to clarify: threads posted linking to illegal pirate MP3 sites, or threads discussing the availability of particular pirate releases on the internet will be deleted without warning or explanation.

Mixes
The bunnies love to womp. But if your track breaks any of the conditions below, your mix may be removed:
* Unauthorized recordings from clubs
* Bootlegged tapes or CDs that are available for purchase
* Sets taken from other websites without permission
* Mixes containing tunes from a single LP
* Mixes containing unauthorized tunes (e.g. if requested by the label or artist)

Advertising
Events may be posted in the Events Section Only. Releases in the Releases Section Only. If you disregard this and double-post your event in other forums, the bunnies will remove your post and you will not be permitted to post again regarding this event. If you would like to have a more prominent placement on the site such as a banner, please contact the administrator for advertising options and price sheet.

Spam
Anyone caught sending spam through the private message system will be banned. Additionally, anyone who starts multiple advertising threads (even over the course of several days) is likely to have at least some of them removed. Bunnies do not eat Spam, they prefer lettuce.

Privacy
Please do not post personal details of others on the site, such as addresses and phone numbers. Offenders will be eaten by the bunnies.

Slander
Posts with slander or libel about other people (this means accusations, name-calling, allegations, what-have you) will be removed immediately and the offender will be issued a warning. If you choose to ignore this warning and repost, you will be banned from the forum.
