KRADDY

The Los Angeles-based electronic-music Don known as Kraddy has always brought the undiluted sound of the underground to new audiences. From his work as a founding member of the infamous Glitch Mob to his groundbreaking solo work, Kraddy (born Matthew Kratz) has always been known for shattering genre conventions while moving crowds everywhere from Red Rocks to L.A.’s famed Low End Theory club. From his breakthrough 2008 hit “Android Porn” to the innovative bangers comprising his latest e.p. Labyrinth (Alpha Pup), Kraddy continues to hybridize hip-hop, dubstep and dancehall with face-melting panache and rock and roll bravado. But the man himself was as surprised as anyone when the mainstream crossed over to him

With its epic melody, dramatic builds, and speaker-shuddering bass drops, “Android Porn” was hailed as the anthem of the decidedly maverick “glitch hop” movement, getting remixed by everyone from Mochipet to breakbeat icon Si Begg. Soon, however, the song started appearing beyond the sweaty, crowded dance floors that are Kraddy’s mainstay, getting licensed for TV shows like “America’s Best Dance Crew” and “America’s Got Talent”; a Hungarian dance troupe’s outrageous performance to the track quickly became a YouTube sensation.

Kraddy released his new album Anthems of the Hero this October and will be playing this mind and body shattering album live with a drummer. The sound is ultra heavy, acidy glitch-hop, loaded with tonnes of dark twistedness.

HEYOKA

www. soundcloud.com/heyoka-1
AKA Andrei Olenev is a cosmic auditory scientist found in the Bay Area noosphere, who has been blowing minds with his sonic manipulations.Muti Music first released Heyoka’s “Space Case EP” in 2008 and included him on their growing roster of talented artists. His albums ‘Whomp Gland & Pineal Dub’, ‘Gate Code’ and the all new ‘Marklar’ album in 2010 have shown that he is a producer consistently evolving his musical style while managing to maintain a signature sound that is distinctively ‘Heyoka’.

His early influences in Downtempo, Dub and IDM combined with midtempo dancefloor genres have helped create a very unique sound that combines relentless basslines, hip hop rhythms, dub vibes, and musicality and melody, all within an atmosphere of heavy psychedelia and alien dimensions. The response to his emergence so far has been overwhelming with Heyoka developing audiences and playing festivals from US to Canada and Australia.
The response to his emergence so far has been overwhelming with Heyoka opening nights for Tipper, Benga & Skream amongst others.

ShaMANoiD

The ShaMANoiD is the bridge between the ancient spiritual and ancestral worlds of the Shaman and the magic in the technology of the future.

A fusion of cutting edge electronica and acoustic tribal, ethnic and world music. A blend of electronic production with live instrumentation incorporating live sitar, drums, percussion, bass and synths.

ShaMANoiD's music was initially created especially for the SomaSoundSystem, which organised unique and secret Electro Tribal Gatherings at sacred sites in Mexico. Such as on top of Mayan temples, inside sacred caves (Cenotes), deserts jungles and volcanoes to coincide with special celestial dates. (full moons, equinoxes, eclipses etc)

ShaMANoiD is created by British producer Stef Soma, whom also created and is known as Divine Soma Experiment, the SomaSoundSystem and DJ Soma. These acts have toured Japan, China, Bali, Thailand, Honduras, Belize, Guatemala, Mexico, USA, Canada, UK, France, Switzerland, Spain and most of Western Europe, playing festivals and other 'underground' venues.

In less than 6 months ShaMANoiD, hit No1 in the electronic music charts for BC, Canada and No 16 Globally [reverbnation], supported Bluetech and performed main slots/headlined Intention, Entheos Gathering, Diversity Festival, Towards Eden Festival, Sound Clash Of The Titans etc.

Most their music (stereo format only) has been freely available from http://www.ShaMANoiD.com. One will have to go to a live show to truly experience the ShaMANoiD's mind-blowing live environment.

SiAdic Bio:

Genre: Experimental Downtempo Ambient Dub (Live PA - Drums, Guitar, Synths)

From the awesome Submerged Studios in Vancouver, the hub of alternative creative and artistic events. These two brothers were born in BC and raised by instruments. Putting years of experience and musical consumption to work, they have created their own electronic sounds from a wide and diverse perspective! With experience playing Psychedelic Metal, and supporting their fathers jam band for over ten years; drums, bass, keys, synths, and guitars have all been placed in the hands of these two musical mercenaries.

SiAdic exists to create a constructive experience reflected by their music. Strict with their love of LIVE PA, the set up is packed with synths and live instruments. With a unique style of beautiful soundscapes and complex rhythms, it’s easy to enjoy and appreciate the synchronicity that these two can create live. SiAdic will inspire the minds of the lucky ones that have the rare chance to see them!
