Ritual has proudly become an icon in the Bay Area dubstep scene. With their humble beginnings in a tiny bar, they eventually expanded to the famous Temple Nightclub in San Francisco bringing out over 600 dancing people every Thursday. These crazy party kids managed to create the biggest reoccurring dubstep event in the entire Bay Area and are showing no signs of slowing down as they expand their party into Los angeles in 2012. Ritual has had legendary performers grace the DJ booth as well as given many new comers the chance to shine and share their gift. Their lineups include a wide range of dubstep sounds and they strive to maintain diversity. Whether you like the deep and dark sounds, the face melting filth, or hip hop and reggae inspired dubstep, you are sure to find what you are looking for at their shows.

This is an experience that is fueled by you, and is made strong by the love and respect for each other, life, music and dance. The Ritual family is one that is ever growing and the Irie Cartel guys make everyone feel welcome, whether you are a newbie, or a long time die hard. This event is fun and warm because the people embrace each other's creativity and treat each other as brothers and sisters. Halo Nova (Nick Pittsinger, 21) is an electronic music producer from Tampa, FL. His styles range from tearout dubstep to moombahton and electro. Nick has been surrounded by music since he was a child, being raised on jazz, metal and video game music. At the age of 14 he took up playing piano seriously and started learning music theory with a concentration in jazz. It was only at age 18 that Nick started to produce music, starting off with ambient music and eventually winding up at dubstep. He also composes soundtracks to video games and films as his main passion.
Not even a year into existence, Halo Nova has gained an immense amount of noteriety. His debut EP on Tuff Love Dubs, "Hypercube EP" reached #34 in the Beatport dubstep charts and let the world know how serious he was. So far in 2011 alone, he has done an EP for Ultragore, Betamorph, and Abducted Records. He has also done singles for Play Me, Dub Cartel, and Filthy Digital Recordings. His music is played out by the likes of Skrillex, Nero, Propa Tingz, Dirty Talk, Antiserum, Helicopter Showdown and more.
The future of Halo Nova looks beyond promising, always trying something new and fresh every song. He is also constantly surprising his fans with viral smash hits like his "Dubstep Orchestral Suite" series and free bangers. "I want to bring melody and musicality back to popular electronic music, I want to bring emotion and most of all I want to bring energy!"

d-Queue is a music producer/DJ from Dallas, Texas with a musical background consisting of classical/jazz performance and ambient/hip-hop/trip-hop production. After honing his unique style of dance music - infused with energetic bass lines, technically slick beats and goofy samples - he was featured in Knowledge Magazine (UK) as one of the top “10 drumstep artists to watch in 2011.” With this in mind, it is no surprise that d-Queue gets attention from the likes of Bassnectar, Culprate, Diesel, D-Jahsta, AFK, and Mister Six, as well as numerous other great worldwide producers and DJs. Things can only get better for this artist in 2012, as he incessantly energizes dance floors far and wide with his message-encrypted bass codes.

D-Program is part of the new west coast bass movement. The DJ/producer resides just south of San Francisco. Founder of the record label Tech Support Recordings, and California Dubstep Republic, and has shared the stage with Rusko, Borgore, Mrk 1, Spit Brothers, Antiserum, Roomate, Bogl and Dialz, SPL, Broken Note, UFO!, Starky, Datsik, Mimosa, Reid Speed, DJ Abstract, Sage, Hive, Juju, dj G and many others. D-Program has played at several different camps at the annual burningman festival his first being a Thump Radio camp in 99' the most recent being Opulent Temples camp in 2007. D-Program was booked with True Force in 2008 for the infamous Symbiosis Gathering. D-Program's first release on Full Melt's B.A.D compilation was an international success. In 2009 D established the digital and CD imprint: Tech Support Recordings with his first album release- "Tales From The City" and several heavy singles and remixes by Antiserum, Djunya, Roomate,MC Abstract Rude, Audio Angel, Droid Sector, and Mortal Grey. Also in 2k9 D-Program Managed the production group California Dubstep Republic while headlining and hosting the first dubstep stage at (SF) LovEvolution- the biggest electronic dance event in the United States. TSR is distributed in almost every global electronic outlet and published by Oseao Media Group.

Artists of any medium are welcome to set up in the destiny lounge downstairs and create during the evening. We have a handful of painters, and artists of various mediums, that bless us every week. Anyone is invited to set up and share their gift with others.

After every Ritual, the Irie Cartel will be making a small donation to the Bay Area chapter of the American Red Cross. The money will go towards the next local disaster similar to the San Bruno explosion, or any upcoming earthquake. Backpacks must checked into Coat Check. There are pat downs at the entrance that are targeting weapons, alcohol and items used for graffiti. There will be a machine outside that scans ID's. Your information is not shared with anyone and it is deleted shortly after the night is over.
