Theres another site which Im forgetting the name of right now (I have it bookmarked at home) that will turn your text into a midi file with interesting results. Ill post it if I can find it.

there is an app that lets you make music out of picture files too. my kids sounded like hell ghosts haunting a church organ. it was too much! you can export to wav or midi....saved the midi for later....
