There should be a rule that you MUST HAVE A FULL LENGTH LP before you can claim a short collection of your works as an EP.

EP just means more tunes than a single it has nothing to do with an LP.

..that´s tru - an ep normally was a mini lp or an extended 12" ... i think 5-8 tracks works fine for an ep..for a lp maybe 10,12-15 or more..

I hate this to be my very first post, but what the fuck do you care what people call their own shit? Some folks are commissioned to do EPs for labels before they do a full length. This happens often. Has nothing to do with "incomplete projects" or anything to do with being half-assed. Has a lot to do with generating buzz about an artist, however.

The only rule is DO YOU, so quit your whining about anyone else, fool.
