Can I just say how awesome it is that this developer cares so much about his software and it's user base? Glitch is one of the most used plugins in dance music and live performance and this guy is giving it away. For free. And supporting it with updates that directly address user issues.

protip: search out and find dblue stretch. its my most often used live timestretcher, and it offers way more button mashing nob twiddling awesomeness than dblue glitch does.

another alternative for mac is toxonic glitch, although it is a reaktor ensemble so you'll need reaktor.

also, for any ableton users, chaining effects can allow you to replicate glitch's sequence matrix in a completely modular way so play around. Yes Glitch is awesome but as Anodyne said above, it is one of the most used plugins in electronic music, so experiment!

its not really over used just everyone uses the initial preset, you can change the settings
