can't tell if hte video is showing up or not... so http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sj0j44TmVUY

so its the second 'sound' in this sample. it goes from thin grimey noise to this big huge thick bass. I wanna know how to make the second bass sound. I know how to make it all big like it is, I just can't figure out the waveforms involved or the processing to get it that way.

then it goes back to the grimey sound, then comes back with a different, but also huge bass sound. I wanna know how to make this one too.

all these sounds happen within the first 10 seconds... so its easy to pick out...

anyways, some help please?!

It really doesnt sound like that complex of a sound.
My guess is its the same sound as the last sound before the drums come in, but at least an octave down.
I'm also thinking that the 2 sounds you want to create are the same sound, but one has a slightly different filter cutoff and the 2nd sound has a higher octave/something mixed in.

detuned saws (maybe a 3rd wavetable osc buried underneath... not sure what type) > clipped > saturated, EQ (lo-mid bump). resample with different colour distortion on the lo/high, you can hear the low end slightly "ripping", this is probably caused by distortion around 100hz and the high end has more sizzle. after these distortion stages add some slight chorus (will help the sound get wider) and then a stereo delay to widen it out.
EQ'd reverb so only the highs hang. compress it all to fuck with a pretty fast release to make it pop more

make sure that there is a higher octave osc, so when you lpf it it still has stacked quality, even without the full effect of a higher frequency note. modulate the pitch to fall (route it to its own lfo at a sloow rate),

hope that helped a bit...
