So here's the deal:

Glitch Hop Forum is now 2 years old and we are sitting at 5000 members. A pretty huge accomplishment for our little community. We've had some pretty good times and a couple bad ones, but one thing is for sure. Glitch Hop and Midtempo are starting to be heard on bigger and better systems worldwide. We've seen some of our own get some great exposure and we've cultivated a community that respects each other and helps it grow. Being a bunch of like minded techy geeks, we've set a bar for the quality of music we expect to hear and we've stuck by that mandate while receiving and gaining help from the production gurus and many masters of their craft. Now it's your turn to join in on our success and we are presenting the second contest in the Glitch Hop Forum showcase.

RULES & GUIDELINES

- The theme of the contest will be FEAR OF THINGS (Phobias)
- Judges will give extra consideration to people who stick close to the theme.
- No remixes.
- It must be completely original material.
- If it does have samples (that anyone will ever recognize), they must be cleared before you send it in.
- Submissions must be in by June 1st
- Only one submission per artist. So please be sure before you submit.
- Please e-mail submissions in 320kbps mp3 format to: contest@glitchhopforum.com
- A handful of the top submissions will be selected & offered the opportunity to have their track released on a GHF compilation on Woofer Cookers. This will be the first ever official Glitch Hop Forum release!
- You can still enter the contest even if you do not wish to be on this compilation.
- There is no guarantee you will be selected for the compilation just because you entered the competition.
