Welcome to the OFFICIAL thread for the Collaborative Track Challenge, all announcement in regards to this project, ideas, and anything else will happen here while this is in progress...

This is STAGE 1 - selection

Over the next little while, we will determine and lock in artists for each slot through this thread, as spots are taken i will add them to the thread so we can all see who is doing what.

This is going to be as open as possible, but, unfortunately, i can't give everyone a slot... However, if this goes well, i may consider making it an annual project.

To get a slot, please look below for the slot you would like, PM me with the slot name and no.(add a backup slot incase i get too many for one type), and the reason you want to be involved... (i hope you think thats fair)

I am considering creating a group on facebook for all the members that end up involved in this project, so that you can all easily communicate about what your working on, and easily ask questions of others working on parts that may be relative to your own... But we need people first!

OK, this being our final group, i need anyone in this list who hasn't already been added, to friend me on FB (Shane ShifteQ) so i can add you to our group to keep communication open between all of us, and to open the doors for whatever happens from now onward...

This is about this project being equally accessible and usable to all of us. Just cuz my names on it, does not mean i am running the show, i want everyone to have their say, and help direct the idea to its completion.

From what has happened in the group so far, we will be goin for the key of G minor... i will announce this in the top of the thread and the group.

Please use the group to ask any member for anything. If you need to know something about their part to finish yours, if you have questions about timing, etc, please be open.

I will give us our timeframe for submissions asap. (most likely within the next 2 days)

Once this stage of the part production is done... I'll have the parts all separated and available for anybody to download, with those of you feeling confident and happy with what you come up with able to submit your tracks made from the pack to us (the original producers of the parts) for voting and the top tracks will get released...
