This 2 track Glitch-Hop EP debut release from Portland, OR producer Chase Manhattan, arrives today from Utah-based label Substruk Records. First up is the EP titled tack "Summionaire", starting off with raw distorted kicks, and a good heaping of 8 bit arpeggiations. The bassline comes in hard with deep grinding distorted reeses, and vowel formatted whomps. "Hype Star" takes a much "cooler" chilled out melodic approach, with crystal pads, bells, and classic synths that build up to a heavy machine bassline. This EP is a clash of OG Hip Hop and crunk Glitch-Hop that will leave it's listener getting low and ultra sexy on the dance floor.
