KungFused´s first solo EP “Something Special 4 U” has been released on 31st January 2012 on IF THE KIDS Records, available on bandcamp, Juno and all other digital stores. 4 Tracks + 2 Remixes.

After her anticipated split EP with Mimi The Hedgehog called "Wating The Summer" in May 2011, touring through Spain, playing MountainBass Festival as well as parties in Berlin, Italy and Barcelona, KungFused is constantly moving upwards creating her very own niche of bass/core/glitch sound.

Her new EP dives further into glitch, crunk and fast beats combined with drum loops and harmonious melodies, plus some explicit lyrics, partly recorded deformed and sung by herself. Inspired by the Bay Area beat movement she brings the bass to Barcelona and combines her background as a well respected drum´n´bass and jungle DJ/producer with global influences.

Remixes are courtesy of two up-and-coming producers to watch, Neokortex from Berlin, Germany, and unsoundbwoy from Melbourne, Australia. While Neokortex dives more into witch house dubstep atmospheres, unsoundbwoy comes in with a 2-step remix of Southern style drums and percussion.
