Hi everyone,

As i wrote in title i want to start learn dj with ableton and i need help from you guys as im complete novice.

Im planning to use my Dell Latitude 6410 laptop.

Those midi controllers look so fun. i read some reviews and decided to buy Akai Pro MPK mini and Korg nanoKONTROL. Are those good buys for starter? Maybe you can recommend me something better?

Also could you recommend me good budget audio interface?

Thanks in advance and sorry about my english.

Pretty good choice of midi controllers to kick off i think, check out Native Instruments soundcards for something good to start on, or Numark DJ IO for super simple! (was my first)

This forum has loads of info if you search it out

I say stay away from Numark and other generic brands, if you are going to really put forth effort you might as well buy a controller that is worth a shit or in a few months you'll be re-saving your money to buy something that takes abuse.

if you plan on using Ableton you will also need an Audio Interface to go along with your controller.

if u want to learn how to dj - i would act.suggest 2 turntables & a mixer + tc vinyls..not the cheapest but also the only way .. or go the live performance route; then ur choice should work..i don´t want to start a discussion, no :boohoo:
